Lexora CMS Refund Policy

Manage. Advocate. Succeed. Your Complete Legal Ecosystem. A flagship product by Nextofy Solutions.

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Lexora CMS, an AI-powered Legal Case Management Platform developed and operated by Nextofy Solutions.

This Refund Policy explains how subscription fees, trial accounts, payments, and refund requests are handled for Lexora CMS.

By subscribing to or using Lexora CMS, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Free Trial Policy

Lexora CMS offers a 7-Day Free Trial to allow lawyers, law firms, and legal organizations to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.

During the trial period, users can access available features and determine whether the platform meets their requirements.

Because a free trial is provided, customers are encouraged to fully evaluate Lexora CMS before making a purchase.

Subscription Payments

Lexora CMS operates on a subscription-based model.

Subscription fees are charged in advance based on the selected billing cycle.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lexora CMS to process the applicable payment.

Eligible Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances.

Duplicate Payments: If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription period, Lexora CMS will review the transaction and issue an appropriate refund where applicable.

Billing Errors: If a technical or system-related billing error results in an incorrect charge, Lexora CMS may issue a full or partial refund after verification.

Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without the account owner's authorization, the customer should contact Lexora CMS immediately for investigation.

Non-Refundable Payments

Except where required by applicable law, refunds will generally not be issued for:

Once a subscription period has started, fees are generally non-refundable.

Change of mind
Failure to use the platform
Lack of technical knowledge
Failure to cancel before renewal
Partial use of a subscription period
Business decisions made by the customer

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund of the current subscription period.

Customers will continue to have access to Lexora CMS until the end of their active billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Trial Expiry

At the end of the 7-Day Free Trial:

The trial may expire automatically
Certain functionality may become restricted
Users may be required to upgrade to a paid plan to continue full use of the platform
No refunds apply to free trial periods because no payment is collected during the trial

Data Retention After Cancellation

Upon cancellation or expiration of a subscription:

Lexora CMS reserves the right to remove inactive data after a reasonable retention period in accordance with applicable policies.

Customer data may remain available for a limited retention period
Access to certain platform features may be restricted
Customers are encouraged to export important data before cancellation

Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers operating under custom agreements, contracts, or negotiated pricing may be subject to separate refund and cancellation terms specified within their agreement.

Where such agreements exist, those terms will take precedence.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Lexora CMS before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider.

We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and efficiently.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension
Account termination
Restriction of future services

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-15 business days.

Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider, bank, card issuer, and payment method.
